Our BlueSky Team

Meet Tina, BlueSky’s Specialist SEN Tutor.

I am a qualified Dyslexia Practitioner (QTS), accredited through the British Dyslexia Association, with whom I hold professional membership. This allows me to conduct informal curriculum based assessments and deliver specialist teaching programmes to learners with SpLD/dyslexia. My interest is primary and secondary years.

I have SEN Higher Advanced training. I have been supporting teaching and learning in schools since 2018, focusing primarily on supporting special needs, one-to-one and small groups, in a school and at-home setting. I do SpLD/dyslexia specialist tutoring, online and face-to-face.

I have worked with severely autistic children, managed well-being/nurture groups and language for thinking groups – building confidence in language expression.

My passion is supporting individuals’ independence in learning, with a nurturing, holistic, trusting and caring approach.

Tina Farrell is a specialist SEN tutor with a focus on GCSE Maths and English. Tina has over 8 years practical experience supporting neurodiverse children both in and out of education.
