Our Mentoring Philosophy
BlueSky offers a unique child centric mentoring service with programmes tailored to the young persons unique interests and goals.
Specialising in simple kinaesthetic and coordination-based activities to build rapport and develop self-confidence BlueSky has a proven track record of enabling and empowering young people.
· 1:2:1 mentoring with a positive male or female role model
· Bespoke and individualised mentoring programmes
· Opportunity to explore positive activities to build confidence
· Safe and nurturing space to talk about worries and concerns
· Empathy, understanding, compassion and a listening ear
· Build and sustain authentic and positive relationships
· Enables positive choices to realise an individual’s full potential
· Identify, develop and work towards, specific goals
· Support for youth in or outside of school
· Confidentiality and Safeguarding is at the heart of all we do.
BlueSky Mentoring programmes can be accessed directly by parents wishing to engage specialist support for their child.
Children with an EHCP can access BlueSky Mentoring through their school or through their Local Authority support officer.
