Hi, I’m Steve.

I am a dedicated and compassionate mentor with a strong commitment to helping children reach their full potential.  With a long successful employment history of working in the Military, Social Prescribing and Health & Wellbeing,  I have worked closely with young adults, families and children to create personalised strategies that nurture both learning and confidence. 

I work to build trusting relationships, celebrate small victories, and empower young people to develop the skills they need to thrive both socially and emotionally. 

Whether it’s supporting communication, fostering independence or encouraging self-belief, my goal is to ensure each individual feels understood, valued and achieves their aspirations.

During my career I have been awarded the British Empire Medal, Kosovo War Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal of which I am very proud.
